You really proved to me that you guys are definitely a cut above the rest. Marc gave us exactly what we wanted and 'read' the guests so well. My daughter is still on cloud 9. Everything was flawless- as you promised. It almost makes me wish we had another daughter (I said ALMOST :). Thanks for everything! One of the "guaranteed standards" that are part of my service highlights the fact I will not "invite anyone to your wedding for a demo". Yet watching various wedding forums I see brides suggesting the DJ they spoke to has told them to visit them at xyz venue where he'll be working a wedding on the weekend. While that's a little strange, I'm also amazed none of the brides seem to think it's rude. Maybe I'm wrong? Maybe it IS ok to invite strangers to a client's wedding? Maybe if I were a plumber, I could invite a potential client to some stranger's house to inspect the fine job I'm doing unblocking some random toilet? If our wedding DJ invited people we didn't know to our upcoming wedding, I'm pretty sure my fiance would flip. Scratch that... I'm really sure she'd flip! Maybe a short 3-5 minute video of a DJ at work during an actual wedding reception would be a cool way to let potential clients see the professionalism.
